What Keeps Harry far from reuniting

History tells us that royal princes were most often criticised for revolt or pursued other courses during their youth. However, what prevails in England's royalty looks more or less similar to accounts in history books. 

Undeniably, all those narratives were more or less wholly not far from the critical truth. 

If Prince Harry is allegedly desperate to go back to his parental palace in the UK, what exactly keeps him away from reuniting with the royal family?
