Feast brings respite from odd routines

On an important occasion, I had the great opportunity to attend a feast arranged at a posh hotel in our famous city of Kanpur's prominent Jajmau area.  Various delicious items were arranged on the stylish table. The guests were really free to choose what they liked to consume. There was a considerable rush but not in any way uncontrollable when I entered the grand air conditioning space. Soon, the humble host emerged, and we liked to step forward for embracing each other as human decency permits us to do on such occasions. I did not lose much time sharing a light joke. I briefed him that I saw you standing from just outside, but you were out of sight the moment I entered the a bit dark hall.  He, in his usual manner, did not pause to say how a man so fat could not be viewed from quite a short distance. Thus, we laughed to the full heartily. Among various dishes, there was also the regular Biryani. How would be missed due to its wide acceptability? When it was indeed ava...

Went to the limit of wearing no pyjama

We now know why is cotton cord absolutely required for our native legwear, which we more often call as pyjamas? In recent days, this straightforward native attire has been the subject of discussion because of a big flaw found during the discussion at the TV news channel programme. There were many points detected in this attention-grabbing TV programme that day when the participant in the programme was seen sans pyjamas. Each news outlet has an its own version.

Whats was immediately viewed was that a person forgot to put on his particular pyjama on that critical time. He was seen covering his blank thighs with the front length of his Kurta on that sudden exposure. It is because of this very mistake the person chosen for the debate looked somewhat awkward and this glaring mistake caused a different news.

He failed to put on his pyjama with a string that used to be the most essential part of the pyjama on the human legs. It certainly plays an important role in wearing this easy dress. Sometimes the lengthy cord remains visible freely but in its absence a wholly different scene happened all over the country. What a change in situation! Earlier, people used to made his fun in absence of the pyjama. The careless person seemed to have realised his big mistake, resulting in his instant shame. Therefore, his position turned into laughable stock due to this sort of deplorable state.

Popularly termed a zarband this is strictly a drawstring, cord, or traditional belt to fasten male dresses such as Pyjama, Churidaar or Salwaar, respectively. This also refers to one of these drawstrings also made from woollen thread. Finely woven drawstrings earlier used to be handmade or mechanised. Its strict usage remains essential in indigenous pyjama. It serves to cinch the waist tighten the pyjama.

However, what has been brought into view can be called a distinct lifestyle. Completely, a familiar spokesman appeared to have forgotten to bring in use his vital legwear.

In any case, he received more media views than his studio presence in the debate, as was overheard. While a Pyjama refers to a comfy, loose-fitting clothing set typically worn for sleeping or lounging, it has received sufficient promotion. The word actually comes from the Hindi-Urdu pyjama, meaning the leg garment. Therefore, its roots are, no doubt, indigenous.
