Long power cut around Jajmau

Recently, Jajmau residents faced a long power cut. It was quite intolerable. Some residents were reportedly sheltered at their relatives' residences in nearby localities. It was definitely a harrowing experience, undoubtedly. People, anyhow, tolerated the worst situation. Such a long-duration power failure in the main localities of the Jajmau area left hapless residents, old ladies, young mothers, and others leaving their homes for relatives' homes, where power supply continued without any disruption.  A totally different scene erupted over a little longer power disruption in Jajmau. There was no clear-cut information about the restoration of the power supply. The residents honestly endured the unsatisfactory situation with the support of an inverter up to 07 a.m.  Certain families moved to their relatives' places to beat the heat.  Even the political leaders kept on asking for the exact timing of the restoration of the normal electricity supply. One chapter closing to start another

Rarely are tenants truthful and adhere to the contract they signed with the homeowner. One obvious example is when the tenant removed his inverter by cutting the wire connected to the house's power source when he left. Such a careless approach, and the careless tenant has since started telling other stories.

As the tenant vacates the house, the owner senses that one chapter is closing and another opening. He begins to correct the damages to prepare the house afresh so that the expectant tenant should feel hassle-free after entering the rented house. If the complaint is made, the outgoing tenant only begins to vent hot and cold unnecessarily.

In any case, the tenant aims to include the advance payment in the rent. The actual damages have not been given enough thought. Although it remains strange, the simple owner attempts to leave the matter with some hope despite the losses and stays out of any fight.

The owner can do the repairs by the electrician with patience, though he does not stop grinning and pointing at the tenant's misdeed. Warm and open, a self-confessed owner feels most blue at home.

It keeps the distressed owner's imagination flowing. He gets ready for his next search. And then he realises one fact after another. He feels like he is on his unpretentious way.

Even though the electrician points out the tenant's filth, the owner proceeds to conduct repairs. The owner feels most depressed at this blatant disrespect to the conditions of the contract.

It keeps the owner's imagination quite occupied in times of difficulty. He prepares for his subsequent search. Then he happens to discover another one. He believes he is headed in the right direction.
