Long power cut around Jajmau

 Recently, Jajmau residents faced a long power cut. It was quite intolerable. Some residents were reportedly sheltered at their relatives' residences in nearby localities. Sehri, early morning breakfast


Stomach distress is unavoidable even during Ramadan's fasting period among several devouts who fast with all the equanimity. Even after consuming a small or light Sehri before sunrise, this irregular, painful discomfort persists. 

While defining the term Sehri can be described as pre-dawn meal during the holy month of Ramadan, and it is eaten before the Fajr prayer. This practice is followed to make the physical body strength for a certain hours without food or drink. 

Despite fasting for more than thirteen hours, some faithful report having an upset stomach at the outset. This appears unusual, but an empty stomach does not imply that there will be no loose motion. Several variables influence this phenomenon. What can you get only after a doctor's consultation?

Simple tea and some easily digested foods are often regarded as the best intake during those brief moments, so for many of us, the utmost cautiousness may seem overwhelming. 

However, if anyone can make us reconsider what is worth consuming or not, it remains nothing but sincere alacrity. Instead of a complete reversal, it is better to assume this as a subtle prod toward lighter foods and unrestrained habits. The solemn month's distinctive points have been favoured during this august month and are being embraced completely by the faithful.

Devouts discuss more often what a perfect "Sehri" is for a while before being delivered a detailed explanation. This undoubtedly affects the minds of those who keep a fast. They seldom care about the bowels or stomach firmness. Heavy doses are not endured by a weak stomach, so it is acceptable that light foods are preferred for early morning breakfast.
