Completely Careless caretaker

What a ridiculous thinking!  The street dogs roam freely in a multi-storey building, and the caretaker has not taken any action so far. His idiotic advisers seem to suggest him not to spend even a single  penny on catching all these toxic street dogs. 

There are various open entry points. But none is completely safe. Dogs have complete control over all the wide-open points. This unique building stands in Jajmau area.

The hapless residents are deeply concerned about their children. One intervened and said that two children have even been bitten.  The veracity of this particular news has not yet been confirmed.  

However, the management continues with this menacing situation. There are only big, boastfully bloated promises. 

It has been overheard that the management avoids expenses on this persisting menace. How strange does it look that the stray dogs freely enter and roam wherever they like to rest in any corner, but the Nagar Nigam Dog Squad is not contacted. 

One said that the municipal team was not approached because it takes a hefty fee for the catching service. 

In the name of sheer maintenance, enough monthly charge is taken, but better service remains merely lip service to appease the hapless residents. 

Spending enough money on catching the dogs looks immoral? And even redundant.

Reacting upon this odd thinking one came forward to react that there is no importance  given to the safety of the children.

Strangely enough, the dogs enter the flats and rest for long hours. There are no use of close circuit cameras. It appears that the caretaker believes with the ideals of a careless despotic attitude.
