Consider that a purely natural tree can be plainly arrested on the direct order of a British army officer at least one hundred years ago, as the very distinct information goes all over the Indian subcontinent.

It is strange but quite credible in all the reasonable ways. The British officer felt that the tree was fast approaching him, anyhow.  He seemed to have been stressed, so he gave to chain the tree.

This led him to chain the tree, and it has so far completed as many as one hundred long years. One can rarely believe that, over the years, the tree chained, it remains a complete reality.

Logically or scientifically, the tree can't walk in any way, but as legend goes, the theory of chaining the rare tree persists for all to believe without much strain on the thinking mind.

Quite wonderful in every possible manner and a startling step undertaken by the British officer.

This story is reportedly dated back to undivided India. Now the banyan tree stands in the adjacent country of Pakistan.

Though the local story about the quite old tree remains hazy, locals still believe the older tree exists in that country to this day, as reported. The chained tree stands in the village of Landi Kotal in Pakistan, reminding us of the unusual story of the colonial past.

The chained tree undoubtedly tells a very different story that compels us to get acquainted with a unique tree in tight iron chains.
