Living through different time

During the conversation, a man in fairly simple white clothes politely and humbly asked whether he had just learned that a car would be sold there. In his quick answer, the stout man did not fail to argue that it was accurate information. 

He insisted: Who informed you of this? Particularly none. 

After a pause, the stout man posing as an agent did not wait long to ask the next plain question: Do you really want to purchase the car covered at that time? 

The man, very politely and without a tad bit of hesitation, replied, "Absolutely not," adding, "I am a poor man." 

This answer made the plump man say, Yes, I am quite very much aware of your poor status. We’re living through a different time where our status tells us everything. 

However, we know history teaches us a lesson. We try to shut down all the unnecessary influences. We begin to ask questions. The people refuse simple answers at a critical time. They insist that someone you never met deserves your empathy. 

Stories are always dangerous to people who spread fear. So, yes, movies don’t control wars, they don’t lower inflation, they don’t fix elections, but they do something more remarkable for the people.

This reminds us that a stranger is never a stranger, and that he might just be the hero in somebody else’s narration. We’re living through a moment where people with the most money are telling us to fear one another.  

The artists try to refuse simple answers; the filmmakers, writers, actors and musicians insist upon that someone you never met deserves your empathy. 

So, yes, movies don’t stop wars, they don’t lower inflation, they don’t fix elections, but they do something remarkable. How many of us are agreeing with this point?
