Performing duty sluggishly

 

Low-paid, weak-statured security guards in their light sky-coloured, heavy uniform look sluggish in their assigned duties at their particular place of assigned duty. This fact looks precise, at least with them. It can be clearly said that they prove to be good for nothing people. They show little regard for their responsibilities.

There floats a general feeling that their good performance depends on a handsome salary. It is practically correct with them. But a few masters rely on hiring a bit cheaper sluggish weaker and useless guards just for the show.

Their attentiveness can be understood with this fact that quality of work is not kept into consideration. Only care lies upon hiring a  cheaper person, who can't even walk in a bit proper manner. 

 Water pouring out of the water tanks appears needless and of little concern to them. They do not like to run to turn the switch off. Who appreciates such guards!

Even though they are fully aware that water is beginning to stream out of the filled water tanks, they continue to lie in their deep slumber mode until the worried inmates of the building cry out for disconnecting the running underground pumps to stop for the time being.

This remains a wholly irresponsible attitude of the lazy guards. They know very well that the salary they have been receiving is not up to their explicit expectations, so they observe complete laxity in their routine performance of the duty. 

Wastage of water is always considered quite wrong. However, they do not appear to fully understand this distinct, extremely vital fact. The easy-going guards perform their daily duty sluggishly; residents more often stand saying this flawless point.

 The guards care a fig about the water flowing unnecessarily. They are supposed to be aware that water starts flowing out from the filled-up tanks, but their slumber does not end to switch off the running motor. Things are even more weighty. We are more or less living through supposedly the worst heat.

None is concerned enough to care for their duty a little bit more efficiently. They appear to be lacking efficiency in their routine duty physically, emotionally, psychologically and even to some extent quite deliberately. This looks easier for manager are more lax.
