Who tried waving a book?

Sometimes we come across an unexpected act, such as a famous political leader who was recently seen waving a weighty book at a well-known location, that quickly attracted everyone's attention all over the length and breadth of our great country.

This waving act draws the utmost publicity for many reasons. If the Congress leader does this uniquely uncomplicated act, everyone gets drawn in, and the purpose is accomplished. Politics does not stop until the purpose is not sought in its total fulfilment.

It was viewed by one and all. He has supposedly felt no hitch in doing this daunting deed. He has reportedly his axe to grind by this feat.

However, there was ample criticism of it.
