He modestly assured the calm but competent man what he had abruptly come to learn. It definitely began with a very short conversation as he entered the lift with me.

As the weeks passed by, no one turned up for the vacant house. As a result, the house owner made a desperate attempt on his grounds.

What soon becomes clear, however, is that the landlord disclosed his deep interest in renting the house with a heightened sensorial attention. He was also very aware of how people felt about such a simple yet important discussion, undoubtedly.

He indeed valued the way the person showed a bit more curiosity in the talk. There was a great need to exercise caution in reading the person interested in rent, because one should not fall into tight corners. 

 It never becomes easy to understand how people would behave later. This dilemma can't be solved. We sincerely come across people for their vision in arguing over rent in their impromptu talks. 

The fact that they stress before agreeing to the instant rent has been most often realised aptly with all the confidence that interested tenants seldom recognise the requirements put up by the owner.
