What to leave before exams!
The examinee's heartbeat starts running faster than normal, as it did on the day before the examinations. This is an obvious spectacle; otherwise, the students feel free to waste time unnecessarily. This is a bitter truth in all its practicalities.
Examinees focus straight on the subject, clearing their minds of all unnecessary thoughts. Timely preparation leaves students confused with pervasive fear.

The humble break is still the most effective remedy for the precious exam blues. Ideally, it should be close enough so the troubled students don't want to miss a single minute of studying time at this critical juncture.
The mounds of subjects the student has been delaying won't worry him. The quick fix for finishing the remaining points is not to take a long weekend off from studying.
Amidst the various types of undesirable fear, their body's hormones, such as melatonin and serotonin levels, are thought to start shifting when there is less natural sunshine. This has a direct impact on their frequently erratic moods, restless nights, and even their body's energy levels.
Who doesn't appreciate putting on warmer winter attire? The amount of sunny daylight that we see, feel, and generally experience is more intimately related to our mood swings.
However, this is certainly not very helpful for studying on colder days, when sunlight and warmth can be severely insufficient. In such an unfavourable state, the mentally disturbed students, owing to their comparatively insufficient study, become a bit more confused as to what to leave and what to study.
