Employees at the shopping malls stated that the payments will now only be made online. Although it looks merely a speculation so far, there is a good chance that it may come to be implemented. Telling customers about this imminent change is aptly viewed as taking a no cash journey in time to catch up with some of the changing transactional norms.
Customers who are fully not accustomed to making the online payments may encounter specific challenges. The customers would not be alarmed by the possibility of such a shift in the near future if it were not only proven to be a rumour at this particular juncture. However, for some, the changes have been assumed relatively less positive.
This could be a peculforly a modern change for customers if it occurs at the glitzy malls, only to be ignored by some public thronging there, and then receiving service that may not be up to their exact liking.
