Long power cut around Jajmau

 Recently, Jajmau residents faced a long power cut. It was quite intolerable. Some residents were reportedly sheltered at their relatives' residences in nearby localities. It was definitely a harrowing experience, undoubtedly. People, anyhow, tolerated the worst situation. Such a long-duration power failure in the main localities of the Jajmau area left hapless residents, old ladies, young mothers, and others leaving their homes for relatives' homes, where power supply continued without any disruption.  A totally different scene erupted over a little longer power disruption in Jajmau. There was no clear-cut information about the restoration of the power supply. Organising my day with clarity


Scheduling my day is crucial for maintaining a sense of peace of mind. It obviously requires me to finely organise my every refreshed day. Having a well-defined strategy allows me to skillfully complete work quickly, feel less stressed, & experience a satisfactory sense of achievement. 

My day undeniably starts with a half-hour walk after an early morning prayer. Every day, this helps me declutter, grow my energy, and create a great vibe.

Following, what looks important is prioritising various tasks based on choice and urgency. I also try to make a to-do list, justly categorising tasks into "must-dos," "should-dos," and "nice-to-dos." This further helps me focus on critical tasks and avoid instant procrastination.

The time factor remains an important task. Specific time slots for each task ensure a balance between work, self-care, and relaxation activities. This schedule helps me stay on track, avoid multitasking, and minimise distractions.

Regular breaks are paramount for maintaining productivity and peace of mind. I take short breaks every hour to stretch, move around, or practice breathing exercises. Additionally, I plan time for activities that bring me joy, such as reading or spending time with close ones.

As the day winds down, I reflect on my accomplishments, acknowledging what went well and what didn't. This helps me learn from mistakes and adjust my approach for the next day. 

I also stay attentive and prevent all confusion with a well-planned day. By focusing on key matters, I make progress towards significant goals. 

My mental and physical health are maintained by regular breaks and leisure activities. Every activity helps in my everyday efforts.

By organising my day in this way, I acquire peace of mind, reduce stress, and enjoy a sense of realisation. This approach allows me to steer life's challenges with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
