Disturbing noise irks neighbour

People living in small houses prefer fast wind because only in such conditions does air reach their homes. This is practically a fact of the modern day. If their AC box directly leaks onto another AC box, they should correct it like a responsible neighbour, but they do not care to move in that noble direction. How can a continuous drop of water on the neighbour's window AC box be tolerated every night?
