Intense passion for swimming

Finding a lanky boy in a dark red T-shirt wandering around as though he had just returned from his regular daily swimming practice was obviously a total surprise. This  was not the case at all. He can't explain why he decided on routine swimming, despite his considerable height. He didn't appear to realise that the chlorine in the water would turn his face dark. He and two other older boys were swimming without realising this important fact. This will continue for a minimum period of one full month, as was revealed. Every day, these three lads go to a nearby pool to practice swimming. But the younger one did not go for the usual practice  on the particular day since he had developed a slight cough, which was definitely learned following his smart disclosure in the night.  He seemed to be unaware of the fact that chlorine in the water would darken his fair face. Unaware of this significant reality, he and two others continued swimming. This  goes on regularly but sudd...

Spicy foods let us realise warmth in winter

If a seasonal change takes place upon our beautiful living planet, our restrained routine of meal taste also changes with all the hues accordingly. We choose different spicy foods with the changes in season. If colour is the story of our valued life, as we more often react, then ours life is as rich and vivid as any of the patterns we supposedly follow.

As the winter falls, we stoop to favour spicy foods on these intensely hazy colder days. Why do we become so in the colder winter season? It cannot be exactly described.

We do not all accept the intake of simple traditional foods during icy cold winter days. We start tasting spicy items attainable on the roadside in small makeshift shops around the busy, raucous markets all witnessed all over the various areas.

We tend to go to all those spots braving the unpredictable weather of the winter season. Street food lovers do not bother to care about bad weather to taste all the spicy varieties.

People generally avoid similar daily simple foods. Therefore, they try something quite distinct from the usual daily food with a spicy flavour. It does not come as a surprise to people looking for foods to bring change in their tongue tastes. Building excellent tastes takes time and patience.

Many people tend to crave spicy foods during winter days because spices are said to have an intensely warming effect, making us feel warmer although they do not really raise your core body temperature. This particular perception is often rooted in traditional medicine practices where spices are seen as helping to dispel cold from the human body.

When you eat spicy food, the capsaicin in chilli peppers triggers a burning sensation in the mouth, possibly making us realise momentarily warmer.

In many cultures, especially those with colder climates, spicy food is associated with winter meals and is thought to provide more warmth.

However, some believe that spices can promote blood circulation, which may contribute to a stark feeling of warmth.

However, no actual temperature is supposed to change. While spicy food can make you feel warmer, it does not significantly raise your core body temperature.

Some people may experience stomach discomfort from spicy foods, so listen to your body and eat according to your tolerance level.
