Following the recent crash of an Azerbaijan airliner in Kazakhstan that reportedly killed as many as 38 people, Russian President Vladimir Putin's apology purposefully came amid ascending allegations and discomfiting tensions.
It was told that the aeroplane had been shot down allegedly by the Russian air defences. The statement also said Putin apologised to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev for the sheer fact that a distinctly tragic incident emerged into Russian airspace.
Putin reportedly appeared stopped short of conceding that Moscow was directly answerable for this deplorable tragedy in the air. His emphatic reactions removed that the strike was caused while making all the possible efforts to finely deflect a Ukrainian drone strike near Grozny, which remains the regional capital of the Russian Republic of Chechnya.
It did not however explicitly point one of these hit the plane. The statement also said that Putin apologised to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev for the tragic incident in Russian airspace.
When Putin made a surprise appearance at the tragic incident in a real apologetic tip, there was always going to be a continuing surge of fault for the Russian unfit action as has been described.
In international history, 2024 will certainly be painfully remembered as the year of striking the Kazakh plane in the air. It does not represent an iota of political energy uniquely termed an explicit mistake against the modest luxury of flying into the air space with dispositions. It was quietly a taken boarding, without thought of even a rash misfortune.
