Why do students become lax?

Days after vacations of the school, the senior class student gets ready to go to the school in the not-so-far area. First, he collects his school bag which lies down at an obscure place bereft of books and copies. So he hastens up to stuff the required books and copies into the bag according to the timetable. 

But what angers her mother most remains his instant demand for the blue blazer nowhere obtainable by his sight. When he raises his requirement for the blazer, his mother gets thoroughly irritated at his irresponsible mindset. She asks her why he has not arranged his school bag and full uniform at night? 

Actually, he did not pay attention to becoming disciplined and left everything straight to his parents' care despite his not-so-tender age if he is nonetheless a teenager. 

He wasted all the holiday time in unnecessary roaming, mobile gaming and killing time purposely. 

When his mother refused outrightly to bring the woollen coat, he had to go to fetch it But to his utter amazement, he found the coat a bit shorter in size. So he preferred to go to school without wearing a blazer. However, he remained unaware of instructions to put on the coat necessarily. 

He was not merely scolded for being lax at home but also faced the ire of the class teacher at the school. 

What detracts students from being careful is their total preoccupation with unnecessary mobile games. It remains so time-consuming and useless past time that teenagers do not find time to think of other gainful habits as their priority. They do not like to keep themselves attentive to everything regarding them in all conditions. If it sounds like a waste of time, that’s because of their complete carelessness. None can really deny this particular point.
