Residents show dilly-dallying attitude

In a housing society, there continues debate on various issues including starting different important repairing. It is sometimes simple for the residents but they do not falter to show apathy in contributing the amount of the cost despite their equal share. 

It is particularly irking the person who takes responsibility to complete the big or small work. Are these facts far from the actual problem? How could these be thoroughly denied instantly?

 

While some find required work quite good or advantageous for everyone, others presume it could be not so much help in the long run and leave no chance of opposing the needful work. 

If luckily everything remains in agreement, the most challenging part arises before the responsible person managing the collection of contributions. 

However, the fixed amount is declared before starting the work. After all, money remains the prime factor to move in the direction of starting the work.

It remains definitely an emotional chore and a very much psychological and bodily thought when the days darken and the world turns cold at harsh failure in the total money collection on the spot. And yet everyone among us has felt naïve in this utmost pursuit. Of the required money collection, 

Without the money, the courage to continue the work slows down. Therefore there should be every attempt to resist unforeseen situations. 

The critical appreciation by those who do not stop opposing the work looks like extra opinion in the improvement of the ongoing work. Oral assurance looks firm till the extraction of the amount does not begin. 

The usual procrastination during the collection of the money cannot be wholly contained. Anyhow we cannot stop residents' pretence. There comes finally a day of understanding when the required amount is amassed and finally work is done.
