Buying eggs with annoyance

With the rapid rise in retail prices, hapless customers are compelled to buy eggs via online delivery.  This remains a practical fact at this crucial time. This is comparatively cheaper than the retail price charged by nearby small shops. When one sturdy person was discussing this significant matter with another consumer, the aged shopkeeper became irate and began saying, Why don't you go to the egg stockists who sell the item much cheaper than the online system?  Actually, he responded in his intense anger. After all, how would he bear to lose his regular customers if such options are going to be talked about before him?  Such suggestions to the customer undeniably affect his retail sales. Row over Olympics Rings on Eiffel Tower



Controversy over the Olympic rings on the 1889 Eiffel Tower persists. There are both objections and approvals. The situation is to be finalised or tackled by Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo. She has held her very responsible position for the past ten years. How she tackles the row remains to be noticed. 

However, the question looms as to whether she would be successful in the matter of rings on the tower. She has the agreement of the International Olympic Committee for this move. The tower has come under criticism by descendants of the Tower designer too.

Some back the decision, while the heritage campaigners flay it by saying that it would spoil Parisian iconic monument. There is also fuss at making the tower for advertising purposes.

The five rings size- 95 ft wide, 15 m high and weighing 30 tonnes - were installed on the Eiffel Tower on July 26 and are expected to stay up until September 8 this year. 

Mayor wanted to keep the interlaced rings of blue, yellow, black, green and red, symbolising the five continents. 

She even announced that the current rings - each one measuring 9 m in diameter - were too heavy and would be replaced by a lighter version at some point. When this has been reportedly cleared why does stay the firm objection?

The Socialist mayor also claimed that the French wanted the festive spirit to continue. Visitors and locals have even supported the mayor. Some local residents found the staying of the rings really a bad idea. Why should defile a historic monument with rings? They ask. 

It was good for the Olympics but now we should remove them and return the Eiffel Tower to how it was before, they maintained. 

Some social media users pointed out that the Mayor should have consulted Parisians before going ahead with her fresh plan. 

The Tower featured a Citroën advert in 1925-36. The Eiffel Tower was built in 1889 for the World's Fair. The wrought-iron lattice tower was initially heavily criticised by Parisian artists and intellectuals - but is now seen by many as the symbol of the "City of Light".
