Strangely enough, they were unanimous in playing football on the open ground. Their desire to play football was so intense that they forgot to care about the poor condition of the ground.
Their number was considerably not small for playing the game. They knew that their shoes would be soiled and dresses would also not be saved from getting soiled.
Despite being aware of the adverse fact that the ground was wet and slippery, a group of boys reached the nearby spacious ground to play football as they had planned.
Though they fully enjoyed the kicks and long shots during their play, they could not escape themselves from being slipped and ruining their clothes as a result.
It was their intense urge that led them to try football in the morning hours. As the previous night happened to be rainy, considering the ground totally dry was not aptly suitable.
But they avoided all the existing realities in toto and undoubtedly proved themselves negligent before all the disorders. The water-filled pits in the ground were not escapable.
In their strong urge to play not one but two of them slipped and their clothes spoiled due to muddy water spread all over the ground.
One tried badly to remove stains but enough brownish stains were visible on their clean clothes. Another also bemoaned of his clean clothes getting spoiled in such oddish conditions.
How could they escape such worse stains? They tried to remove stains with water but all in vain in pursuit of covering their open act of utter foolishness.
Their constant giggles definitely seemed to have backfired while returning from the ground. Their jovial mood did not appear so happy before their discernible chemistry.
All of these points certainly did not bode quite well amidst the dejection writ large on their faces as they appeared to say there was no need to come once again.
