Clearly, the main activity of the annual Eid celebration remains attending a relative's residence. On this particular occasion, relatives make sure to see each other at home.  They are amused by a wide variety of dishes. The sweet flavour of the most significant meal, sewai , seems to be blending with joy and celebration. Even so, traditional recipes are significantly altered for the celebration.  During a visit to a relative's home, it became more apparent that not only did the dishes on the table resemble those of a five-star hotel, but also...  The golden-coloured cutlery placed on the table created the illusion of an upscale hotel. Each item placed on the table served as a reminder of the refined and opulent way of life.

Why was necessitated Rahul Gandhi's image as a religious figure? This question requires to be raised as his religiosity was seldom noticed. It can be taken up as a quick sort of eulogising unnecessarily.  

The devoted workers of the Congress party and the public welcomed Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyaya yatra in a different way without denial. It remains unique in itself as his temple run was once criticised very much and he even showed his sacred thread.

In the process, a local Congress leader in a fit of excitement installed a hoarding depicting Rahul Gandhi as Sri Krishna' and state party president Ajay Rai as 'Arjun'. How did both things happen--- one proved a religious trait & second made a deity.

The hoarding depicting Congress leader Rahul Gandhi as Lord Krishna was passed reportedly at some important spots in Kanpur Nagar before the arrival of his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra.

Showing him as Lord Krishna riding on a chariot while UP Congress chief Ajay Rai stands as Arjun was something more than an exaggeration, some point out.

The hoardings were reportedly put up on the city's main roads like Mall Road, near the wide Cantt area and the busy Ghantaghar area.

It was aptly in public view. The Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee member Sandeep Shukla's photograph was also carried at the bottom.

As the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, headed by Gandhi reached Kanpur via Unnao, he addressed a public meeting here. His yatra completes more than a month beginning in Manipur on January 14, this year.
