Long power cut around Jajmau

Recently, Jajmau residents faced a long power cut. It was quite intolerable. Some residents were reportedly sheltered at their relatives' residences in nearby localities. It was definitely a harrowing experience, undoubtedly. People, anyhow, tolerated the worst situation. Such a long-duration power failure in the main localities of the Jajmau area left hapless residents, old ladies, young mothers, and others leaving their homes for relatives' homes, where power supply continued without any disruption.  A totally different scene erupted over a little longer power disruption in Jajmau. There was no clear-cut information about the restoration of the power supply. The residents honestly endured the unsatisfactory situation with the support of an inverter up to 07 a.m.  Certain families moved to their relatives' places to beat the heat.  Even the political leaders kept on asking for the exact timing of the restoration of the normal electricity supply. Gangajal wasted?

The BJP leaders looked too snappy to blame the absence of Priyanka Gandhi in the UP leg of the party's Nyay Yatra on alleged internal discord within the Congress.

It has been pointed out that disagreement led to this kind of unexpected thing between the two siblings.

However, Priyanka Gandhi cleared this by saying that she was hospitalised so she would not participate in the rally.

As the rally was supposedly staying in the state up to February 25 she could consider joining the party's yatra drawing enough crowd at least in Varanasi.

Most astonishingly, the Gaudoliya crossing road where Rahul Gandhi reached to address was later cleaned with 51-litre Gangajal after his exit from the red car. Some said if that much quantity of water had been given to the poor, their thirsty throats could have been quenched. Who cares about it? Several litres of pure water were wasted just for no reasonable reason.

It is said that the Mughal Emperor Akbar preferred to drink pure water from the Ganga River but used Yamuna and Chinab river water for bathing and washing clothes. If he was so sentimental about the Gangajal, why do our politicians waste pure water so unnecessarily in cleaning the road?
